All items are made to order, which means we do not accept returns or offer refunds for incorrect sizing or change of mind. Please review product details and size information carefully before placing your order.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at chaliaberm21@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your request and provide a replacement or solution as appropriate.
