All of our products are made to order. This means your item is created specifically for you after your purchase is placed.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipping.

Shipping Times (United States Only)

Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days after shipping, depending on the selected shipping option. Express shipping may arrive sooner (2–3 business days).

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your package.

Delays & Responsibility

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
